IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT July 2021
REVISED PANDEMIC GUIDELINES
As we are slowly recovering from the pandemic, some of the restrictions are being relaxed. Guidelines are constantly changing. Based on updated guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), PA Department of Health and other sources, Church Council at their June 16th meeting updated our guidelines. This does not mean the pandemic is over and we must still be vigilant to protect others. Many folks are not yet vaccinated, are in high-risk groups or are not ready to return to worship.
Please stay home if you are sick, have a fever, a cough or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid 19 the last fourteen days. Get tested if you have Covid 19 symptoms.
After June 28 the requirement to wear a mask will be lifted by the Commonwealth so masks will not be required. However if you have not been vaccinated, are in a high risk group, or have underlying conditions, and in accordance with suggested guidelines, you are encouraged to wear a mask. Because children ages 2-12 are not yet eligible for vaccinations it is recommended that age group continue to wear masks
On-line worship is available during the 8:15 am worship service and posted to our Facebook page to be viewed at any time throughout the week. For those who do not have technology capabilities, DVD’s are available at the church office as well as small, portable, self-contained DVD players that are very user-friendly and available to borrow from the church office.
